Emily Paul is Reynold & Moore’s Customer Success Manager, dedicated to fostering strong relationships, ensuring quality, and prioritizing safety. In her role, she supports the sales process while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. 

Emily holds a BA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. She brings extensive experience from the telecom industry, where she excelled in leading and managing customer service teams and spearheaded training and development initiatives to enhance company culture. 

Outside of work, Emily is an active mom of three who passionately contributes to her community through volunteer roles with the PTA and Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. When time allows, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, creating cherished family memories along the way.
