Dr. Steele provides a broad spectrum of international interdisciplinary systems engineering experience to the Reynolds & Moore team. He has over thirty years of progressive experience in the leadership, governance, and management of international & multicultural, interdisciplinary engineering teams in the development of complex solutions to address organizational, technical, and geopolitical problems including: international energy security, nuclear nonproliferation, major international capital projects, systems engineering and management. Dr. Steele is a recognized expert in the global energy storage market sector and presently is a UL9540/UL9540A Technical Committee Member as well as a NFPA855:2023 contributing author and subcommittee chairman on Hazard Mitigation Analysis and Explosion/Deflagration Analysis.
