Trystan Deck
Engineering Manager

Trystan is an Engineering Manager at Reynolds & Moore. In this role, she is involved in systems design and development activities across the lifecycle of systems engineering. Trystan has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Management from UT Dallas. She comes from the aerospace and defense industry, where she has followed new development programs throughout the full systems lifecycle. She has served on multiple programs as an integrated product team lead, has prepared proposals for multi-billion dollar designs, and has led teams to complete systems designs that are now deployed in the real world. 

Outside of work, Trystan is a super social person. She loves hanging out with friends and family, whether on trips, exploring new restaurants, playing tennis, or having a movie night. She is always checking out new places and seeing what things are happening around town.
